Simply select the desired amount to give your loved one an unforgettable gift. The gift voucher can be redeemed in our online store and offline, i.e. directly in our store. We are looking forward to your visit!

- Enter the name of the recipient
- Write a message for the presentee
- Add the gift voucher to the shopping cart
- Pay as usual at the checkout
- You will receive the voucher via e-mail as PDF

Where can the voucher be redeemed?
The gift voucher can be redeemed in the online store or on site in our branch in Darmstadt:
- In the online store: When completing the order process, the coupon code must be entered in the "Redeem Coupon" field. The amount will be deducted directly from the invoice amount.
- In the store: The voucher must be brought to the purchase, or be digitally presentable. The seller will deduct the amount directly from the purchase price, after digital verification of validity and remaining balance.
How long can the voucher be redeemed?
Each gift certificate is valid for 3 years from the day of purchase. Example: Purchase on 1.1.2022, valid until 31.12.2024
Is the voucher transferable?
Despite the personalization, the voucher is transferable, without further steps. Personalization is optional and only serves to design the gift certificate.
For which products is the gift voucher valid?
Our gift certificates are valid for all products available online and offline. Any remaining amounts will remain and can be used on the next purchase within the validity period.
Can only one gift certificate be redeemed per order or can multiple gift certificates be redeemed?
You can also redeem multiple gift certificates in one purchase. However, this is only possible with gift vouchers that show a fixed amount in euros. Percentage discounts or further discounts are excluded from this.
What happens to the remaining balance if the value of the gift certificate exceeds the value of the merchandise purchased with it?
- Fixed amount in euros: The remaining balance will continue to be held as a credit, according to an account, and can be used when purchasing again.
- Discount/coupon in %: The coupon is redeemable only for the previously specified period of time
