In the tradition and with our concentrated experience since the 1990s to develop compact all-in-one devices without compromising on sound, the new high-performance all-in-one CS 30.3 CD receiver has been created on the basis of the AVM X-STREAM Engine®. Numerous innovations have been incorporated into this 30.3 masterpiece – the new RC X app also completely controls the CS 30.3. Device towers and overflowing cable clutter become superfluous, all modern connections are available so that a TV can also be connected via HDMI ARC.
To achieve our goal of designing one of the most powerful sound systems on the world market with this compact all-in-one, we at AVM miniaturized proven sound technologies from our flagship CS 8.3 and designed them into a sleek, screwless precision enclosure.
Elegantly designed user interface
At AVM, we have placed an important focus on completely modernized control via the RC X app. The newly developed RC X app clearly contains all important functions. Simple, intuitive operation and a clear and elegantly designed user interface make managing even large music collections child’s play.
This makes you want to explore new music on numerous streaming platforms such as TIDAL, Qobuz or HighResAudio. The AVM RC X app is available for both iOS (Apple) or Android. In addition, basic functions can also be controlled via the included RC 3 all-aluminum remote control.

Future-oriented thanks to software-based technology
The new AVM X-STREAM Engine® can stream all high-resolution formats, including DSD (256). This advanced streaming engine is a complete AVM in-house development and is fully software-based. This means that it can be updated online in a future-proof manner.
An HDMI (ARC) interface is also on board, as is a modern Bluetooth connection. Further digital inputs and also a USB-A interface are standard. Special attention was paid to the high-performance phono input stage for MM and MC. This high-precision input stage has been completely redesigned for the CS 30.3. This ensures even better sound, especially in combination with the perfectly matched AVM ROTATION turntables.
Also completely new are the digital outputs, which can also be adjusted in their volume. TVs can be easily connected and conveniently controlled via the HDMI ARC input.
125W powerful amplifier stage
The CS 30.3 has also made a big leap in terms of sound. This tonal advance is due to the use of a 125 W amplifier stage that effortlessly drives even power-hungry speakers at all volumes. The new amplifier stages are based on the large CS 8.3 flagship and have been optimized for use in the CS 30.3 cabinet.
The new ESS converter ensures high-resolution formats
The digital section of the CS 30.3 was rethought from the ground up as part of the new development, because this crucial part of the CS 30.3 is also based on AVM’s decades of experience. A selected new-generation ESS converter (9038 Q 2 M) is used as the digital-to-analog converter:
Sonically, this is also a clear gain that benefits all digital sound sources and reproduces high-resolution formats perfectly and true to life.
