ADVANCED VIDEO CONTROL

HDCP 2.3 processing is available on all HDMI ports, so you can enjoy copy-protected content without restrictions. The AVC-X4700H has been certified by the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF). It is equipped with all video calibration control options (which can be used by ISF technicians) and supports ISF Day and ISF Night video modes. AMAZON ALEXA VOICE CONTROL

Conveniently control your AVC-X4700H with your voice via Amazon Alexa: adjust volume, skip to the next track, switch media player inputs and more – “just ask”. To use Amazon Alexa voice control on the AVC-X4700H, HEOS devices, and other select Denon products, all you need to do is download HEOS Home Entertainment Skill (Amazon Echo device required).

GOOGLE ASSISTANT

Start the music in the HEOS app and ask your Google Assistant* to adjust the volume, play, pause songs, skip tracks and more. *Availability depends on region and country.

AIRPLAY 2 + APPLE SIRI

Use AirPlay 2 to stream music wirelessly to the AV receiver, or group it with other AirPlay-enabled speakers to fill your home with music.

Stream audio from your favorite music services like Apple Music and Spotify, or watch videos from services like YouTube and Netflix on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV and hear the audio in sync through your speakers.

AirPlay 2 also supports multi-room audio – wirelessly streaming content to multiple AirPlay 2-compatible devices simultaneously with enhanced audio buffering to ensure smooth audio playback. AirPlay 2 enables control and grouping of compatible audio devices within the Apple Music or Home app. To do this, use AirPlay 2 in the app or your voice via Siri.

TWO SUBWOOFER OUTPUTS

Lose yourself in the evenly distributed, precise bass. The AVC-X4700H has two subwoofer outputs, which thus distribute low frequencies better in the room. With Audyssey Sub EQ HT, the connected subwoofers can be tuned separately, ensuring seamless bass performance that is specifically tailored to your room. POWERFUL DSP AUDIO PROCESSING

The advanced digital audio processing system from Denon’s flagship AVC-X8500H, which includes two dual core DSPs with SHARC+ core, is also used in the AVC-X4700H. This allows decoding and processing of audio data with up to 11 channels.

PREAMP MODE

In switchable preamp mode, your Denon AV integrated amplifier operates simply as an audiophile multichannel preamp with the latest HDMI connectivity. The preamp mode provides an absolutely low distortion signal path and more tolerance in clipping levels by decoupling the integrated power amplifiers from the preamp. So you get an extremely high-quality AV preamp without driving up the cost.

MULTIPLE SOURCES, MULTIPLE ROOMS

With the Denon AVC-X4700H, you can enjoy up to 9.2-channel surround sound in one room and a separate source or music stream in up to two other rooms, for a total of 3 sources and 3 zones. Watch a movie in one room while another family member listens to music in another zone without interruptions.

TV AUDIO IN ALL ZONES

Play the sound from your TV in all zones. Enjoy Dolby Atmos in the main zone for a stunning experience while playing the same source in stereo in the second or third zone. Select “SOURCE” for the second zone to share the sound of the main zone. The AVC-X4700H supports both HDMI and other digital sources for Zone 2 / 3.

SELECT FUNCTIONS FOR EASY OPERATION

The four Quick Select buttons allow you to save individual settings for each source. When you switch between them, the AVC-X4700H will adjust the EQ settings as you have specified for that media source. You can even save an Internet radio station here. For quick control, you can use the front panel buttons or the corresponding Quick Select functions on the AVR remote control.

SMART TV INTEGRATION

The Denon AVC-X4700H can be controlled via the HDMI CEC function of your Smart TV using the TV remote control – simply activate the HDMI control and the Smart menu of your receiver. The Smart Menu home screen gives you quick access to source selection and surround modes, the Setup menu, and four Quick Select functions.

INTEGRATED BLUETOOTH, WiFi AND AIRPLAY FUNCTION
