The C338 uses the innovative HybridDigital™ technology. This is a self-oscillating Class D amplifier operating with active negative feedback. This first converts the analog curved input signal into a square wave signal via pulse width modulation (PWM). The music information is now exclusively in the changing pulse width. Since the power transistors thus require only two switching states – on or off – Hybrid Digital™ Class D integrated amp, unlike Class A and B technology, operate extremely efficiently and achieve a power efficiency of more than 90%.

Music streaming via Chromecast and Bluetooth

The C338 has a built-in Chromecast module that lets you stream audio wirelessly from your phone, tablet, or computer to your stereo. The Spotify® app also lets you stream the millions of songs available there directly to your C338 via Chromecast. And the integrated amp ‘s built-in Bluetooth® receiver alternatively receives your music files via short-range radio.
