High performance, high resolution

Behind the display, which takes up almost the entire front of the device, is an innovative powerhouse that impresses with its enormous dynamics and exquisite detail resolution. The M10 V2’s hybrid digital amplifier, based on the renowned nCore technology, mobilizes a continuous output power of 2 x 100 watts and pulse power peaks of 160 W into 8 ohms or 300 W into 4 ohms. Modified gain algorithms compared to the previous M10 model allow higher output levels when Dirac Live^® room correction or tone controls are activated. The level of the subwoofer outputs has also been raised, allowing a wider choice of suitable subwoofer-main speaker combinations.

A Sabre D/A converter from chip specialist ESS, specifically designed for audiophile playback characteristics, processes high-resolution signals of up to 24 bit/192 kHz in the M10 V2. The amplifier can also stream lossless and high-resolution audio from online services such as Amazon Music Ultra HD, Deezer, Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify, and many others, and decode studio-quality MQA data packets.

Like the original NAD M10, the M10 V2 combines an innovative network streamer and a powerful 2 x 100 watt amplifier in an extremely compact cabinet.

The device can be operated via the color touchscreen on the front panel, the included infrared remote control, the BluOS app available for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS, or the Kindle Fire. New features in the V2 version of the M10 include updated amplifier tuning and an option for multi-channel playback of Dolby^® Digital soundtracks.

In addition to its extremely high-quality Speaker, the M10 V2 has two independent subwoofer outputs that can be conveniently configured via the BluOS Controller app. In addition, the second generation of the M10 is capable of decoding Dolby^® Digital Surroundsound as well as providing sonorous stereo playback.

home cinema can – also via the BluOS app – integrate two additional wireless BluOS-enabled Speaker or a corresponding amplifier to play the two rear surround channels, while the main speakers play the front channels. This allows Dolby^® Digital soundtracks to be played back in 4.0, 4.1 or 4.2 audio formats. Thanks to wireless control of the rear channels, there is no need to run speaker across the room, even in surround mode.

Extensive playback options

The M10 V2 offers a wealth of playback options. For example, the streaming amplifier connects to numerous online streaming services and Internet radio stations via the BluOS app installed on a smartphone, tablet or computer, and plays music archived on your USB and NAS hard drives. The multi-room capable BluOS network can manage up to 64 BluOS speakers and components (via LAN, in WiFi up to 16 players).

The integrated bidirectional Bluetooth module not only allows you to play back the music data stored on your smartphone, tablet or laptop in high-resolution aptX HD quality, but also to send it on to wireless Bluetooth^® headphones for listening if required.

In addition, the M10 V2 supports AirPlay 2 to conveniently stream music from an iPhone, iPad or Apple Music library. And via Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, the music from these services can be played directly via the respective apps.

In addition, the M10 V2 also makes contact with numerous audio sources via conventional connection cables: Analog RCA, optical and coaxial digital, HDMI eARC and USB type A inputs are available for connecting disc players, game consoles, external drives, TV sets and other components.

High resolution touch screen

The new 18 cm IPS touchscreen of the M10 V2 delivers more realistic colors and allows a wider viewing angle than the display of the original M10. Use the touchscreen to select tracks and sources, and adjust volume and other settings. The particularly compact remote control included in the scope of delivery controls the volume, skips tracks and activates preset commands. In addition, the M10 V2 can also learn infrared codes from your existing remote control.

Designed by award-winning design firm DF-ID, the M10 V2’s case is made of brushed aluminum, with Gorilla Glass on the top and front. With its elegant, minimalist design, the M10 V2 fits perfectly into any living space, not only sonically but also visually.

Fit for the Smart Home

The M10 V2 can not only be conveniently operated via the voice controls Amazon Alexa* and Apple Siri, but can also be integrated into Apple, Control4, Crestron, Elan, Lutron and other smart home systems. Music playback can then be controlled centrally with other home automation functions such as lighting, blinds, heating & ventilation and alarm systems.
