The Dynaudio Stand 20 is a particularly stable Speakerdesigned to fit the large Dynaudio compact speakers – from the Evoke 20 to the Focus 20 XD and the Contour 20.

The Dynaudio Stand 20 is a particularly stable Speaker designed to fit the large Dynaudio compact speakers – from the Evoke 20 to the Special Forty and the Contour 20. It includes integrated cable management and a chamber for damping material, and features an innovative spike system that can be adjusted from the top without tools, as well as non-adhesive damping pads to hold your speakers firmly in place.

And “firm hold” is to be understood literally here: You can tilt this speaker to 10 degrees without fear of it toppling over. The design of the Stand 20 fits beautifully with the clean lines of Dynaudio’s latest Speaker, and the powder coatings of the stands, available in black , white and silver, blend in with any room.

Practical functions

At the front, the stand 20 contains a chamber for insulating material. For this purpose, the stand is supplied with a plastic bag that allows you to fill the chamber with sand without spilling anything. There is a cable compartment at the back of the stand column with a large cutout at the top. Here you can pass power cables and/or signal/speaker cables through the stand.

The base of the stand is equipped with damping rings that you can use when placing it on a hard floor. The spikes of the Stand 20 are adjustable from the top, which facilitates access. The upper plate is equipped with non-adhesive damping pads. They provide grip so that the Speaker does not slip – even when the stand is tilted by up to 10 degrees. At the same time, they reduce vibrations.

Design

The base and column of the Stand 20 are made of aluminum, and the surface finish is pleasantly textured. The shape of the column and base plate follows the design language of the newer Dynaudio speaker series.

The logo is part of the die-cast aluminum stand, which gives a much more valuable impression than a glued-on logo. The Stand 20 is available in a choice of black, white or silver finishes.
