The PULSE SOUNDBAR+ is the first product to represent the next generation of Bluesound devices and sets new standards in its product segment in several respects. For example, the new BluOS streaming module has eight times the computing power and four times the memory speed of the previous version. To this end, the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ now supports Dolby Atmos®*, with the wireless surround speakers controlled via a dedicated WiFi. The operating concept has also been revised: The most important functions can now be controlled via a touch panel on the front of the device. Whether it’s music, movies or games, the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ creates an immersive stereo and home cinema without the need for additional components like an AV receiver or CD player.

The PULSE SOUNDBAR+ features a brand new quad-core processor specifically designed to deliver audio at ultra-fast speeds and in the highest quality. For Bluesound this technology means the step into the next BluOS generation.

The chipset, which was developed specifically for music streaming, has four processor cores and is thus more powerful than all other processors used in streaming speakers to date.

Virtually any audio source can be connected to the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ – a variety of wireless, digital and analog connection options are available:

TV or game console via HDMI eARC, smartphones or laptops via Apple AirPlay 2 and bi-directional Bluetooth® aptX HD, external audio sources via Toslink, RCA or USB as well as music streaming services and your own music library wirelessly via our proprietary high-resolution BluOS streaming system.

This can also be upgraded to a multi-room system with up to 63 additional BluOS players from Bluesound and other brands and integrated into numerous professional home automation systems.

BLUOS MUSIC STREAMING

BluOS streaming platform offers you the possibility to stream your favorite music, podcasts, radio plays and radio stations from the Internet. You have direct access to numerous music streaming services and their catalogs.

Even MQA music data stored in studio quality, such as that offered by Tidal, can be played. You can browse your personal music libraries and enjoy your songs and albums in lossless quality over your local LAN or WiFi, connect the SOUNDBAR+ via Apple AirPlay 2, or play music stored on your smartphone via Bluetooth® aptX HD.

MULTIROOM PLAYBACK

Network the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ with other Bluesound players to stream music in different rooms in absolute sync.

Alternatively, each Bluesound player in the network can be controlled with a different stream, for example, to listen to children’s songs in the dining room and the latest Ed Sheeran album in the bathroom.
