An optimized motor that provides increased power of 5.5 mV and extended sound reproduction and a high degree of sonic accuracy. Nude Elliptical Diamond and Split Pole Pins with a copper wire. The cartridge body is made of Hopelex, an environmentally friendly material that ensures high rigidity and eliminates unwanted resonances. Ortofon has optimized the design for easy cartridge mounting, as well as the weight and size for the most common turntable on the market today.
The 2M Series offers excellent compatibility when used in a variety of playback systems and with a variety of phono preamplifiers. The 2M Blue offers more dynamics and resolution, sounds more open and reproduces more details than the 2M Red model.
