Master of Vinyl

We have given the surface of this deck a metal contour in a high gloss mirror finish, which gives the player its distinctive look. The S-shape tonearm is equipped with a removable SME headshell to enable quick cartridge changes.

The turntable is delivered pre-adjusted with our Pick it S2 C cartridge. The tracking force and anti-skating are flexibly adjustable and make the Metallica Limited Edition Turntable a real audiophile investment.

Heavy glass platter

The glass platter is a heavy, resonance-free design. The high mass of the glass platter ensures the most precise playback speeds and allows a clear view of the stunning turntable with all its high-quality parts and its incredible build quality - without

plastic or lightweight constructions.

Aluminum sub-platter, pulley and feet The aluminum sub-platter is one of our most sought-after upgrade parts, but is standard on the Metallica Limited Edition turntable! The diamond-cut sub-platter and pulley can be machined to much better and higher tolerances.

The aluminum sub-platter adds more mass to the entire platter and drive system, resulting in additional dampening of noise and unwanted resonances. The improved tolerances during production increase speed accuracy. The additional mass and the high-precision diameters of the pulley and sub-platter improve the short-term speed fluctuations, also known as wow & flutter.

The Metallica turntable features height-adjustable, sturdy metal feet that ensure level positioning, because a perfectly level player is essential for the Damage, Inc.

Hardwired... to stable speed

In typical Pro-Ject tradition, the motor speed is electronically controlled for precision, guaranteeing the most accurate and stable speeds. Changing between them is easy at the touch of a button. With the included 78 rpm round belt you can also listen to your shellac records.

S-Shape tonearm

The 8.6" S-Shape aluminum tonearm comes with a removable SME headshell. The SME headshell allows you to replace the cartridges quickly and easily. The tonearm bearing and the tonearm base are completely machined from aluminum. You will not find any plastic components in these important parts.

So the Metallica Limited Edition turntable plays your vinyl collection with accurate speed, precision and consistency. This is the end of the line for audiophile turntable design.
