delivery and installation service

Delivery service:

Free shipping for all products and freight deliveries.

Our forwarding agent and shipping service provider DHL will deliver your new device to your doorstep.

Delivery & assembly service:

Our in-house technician will deliver the device you ordered (within a 50km radius). It will be assembled and set up. Including an individual channel list and detailed instructions on how to use it.

An old device and the packaging of the new device will be disposed of free of charge.

Payment can then be made in cash or by debit card. For this service we charge €90 including travel to and from the location, with an estimated working time of 60 minutes.

Additional costs will be charged separately.
